In the immediate foreground, the green boxe is the Phase Lock Loop electronics. The yellow components around the PLL units are the Local Oscillators for the submillimetre mixers. The eight green components to either side of the LO units are the tuning mechanisms for the diplexer. Other components visible here are the compressor and displacer for the Cold Cycle Cooler (in red to the right), the housing for the 119GHz electronics and LO injection (in green, to the left), and further back on the left, one of two Auto-Digital Correlators. The second one is on the diametrically opposite corner of the platform. In this view, the top of the cold box is missing, and one can see the ring on which the MM and SubMM mixers and amplifiers are attached. The ring itself will be suspended within the cold box using a web of kevlar threads.

The Gaussian beam seen at the top of the diplexer is for the "A" channel (around 520GHz). The chopper switches the beam from source to hot load calibration.
