The links below are for postscript and PDF versions of the talk that I presented at the Torun PPN meeting (July 5 to 7, 2000). The first link is for a postscript version of my transparencies. The second link is for a PDF version of the same thing. Following that are a pair of links to the paper for the proceedings, in postscript and PDF form.
The transparencies are nicer than the proceedings paper because they include various colour figures, whereas the proceedings paper was done in black and white as required by the publishers.
